I Designed, managed and constructed my office in paynesville, Liberia – a two story structure that includes: a “hand-dug”45 feet deep water well, a 30 ft. water tower and a septic tank. Imagine having to develop a project management plan and executing this plan from the United States to Liberia. Daily field submissions (via email/text from Liberia) photographs, short movies, receipts for material purchases and daily phone conversations were absolutely indispensable – Abracadabra! it must have been magic, the building is essentially completed.
